Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place your jewelry in its original Roberto Coin presentation box and secure it inside the provided shipping carton along with the packing slip.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid, insured UPS shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring all previous labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; once our atelier inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
